Is my phone safe while it charges?+
Yes. Your device charges inside a PIN-locked compartment that only you can open. AmpLink kiosks also include a camera for basic security monitoring — facial recognition is disabled on all AmpLink kiosks.
How much does it cost to charge?+
You pay a small fee per session. Exact pricing may vary slightly by location.
What if I forget to come back for my phone?+
If a device is left behind, AmpLink logs it and notifies venue staff within 24 hours. We recommend picking up your device promptly, as AmpLink and the venue are not responsible for items left unattended.
Do I need an app to use AmpLink?+
No. Just plug in using the kiosk's built-in cable, lock your compartment, and go about your visit.
How do I bring AmpLink to my venue?+
